Let’s enjoy a dog friendly social hike at Painted Hills! We will be hiking the Painted Hills Trails Loop. This trail is a 3.7 mile loop with 344 feet of elevation gain, according to AllTrails and should take us around two hours and 15 minutes with time for pictures and breaks.

About the event
We did this loop late last year, we found a labyrinth from an offshoot and it started raining right after our group picture. This time, Dave Miller will be leading the hike while Jon leads the Bisbee Expedition 🤗
We will convene at the trailhead at 7:50am for introductions…let’s shoot to start hiking by 8:10. Finishing the hike around 10:30, we will get a count and head to breakfast at Snooze A.M. Eatery on 7315 N Oracle Rd. It’s a dog friendly patio.
Please bring water and sunscreen, hiking poles may be helpful with the sandy and rocky sections. The weather forecast right now calls for 60 degrees at the start and 73 degrees by the time we finish, really excellent hiking conditions, starting to get on the warm side.
This is a great hike for beginners due to slight elevation, however, there are some inclines and rocky sections. Hiking…
